A Unique Approach: The Small Household Model.
Our community will be built upon the innovative Small Household model and will feature four dedicated Small Households, each accommodating up to five residents for a total capacity of 20 residents. This intimate setting allows us to provide individualized care and attention, while also fostering a strong sense of community and belonging among residents. Each household will feature:
• Private bedrooms for comfort and privacy.
• A shared living-dining-kitchen area that encourages interaction and socialization.
• A secure outdoor courtyard for residents to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
