Bingo Bash Raises Hundreds for Benevolence
The Summit’s dining room was packed on June 22 for the community’s annual Bingo Bash. Residents and team members gathered for food, fun, and, of course, great prizes.
The event raised nearly $2,000. All of the proceeds will go toward The Summit’s Benevolent Fund.
“We are so appreciative of The Summit family for recognizing the need to raise funds to support our mission. The Summit Benevolent Fund allows residents to stay in the homes that they know and love if they do deplete their assets,” said the Virginia Baptist Homes (VBH) Foundation Vice President Jodi Leonard. “The bingo event was so much fun and helped to share our story while raising money to support the benevolent need at The Summit.”
